People’s Community Network Director Charged

People’s Community Network national director, Semiti Qalowasa has been charged for failure to furnish information which is contrary to Section 119 and 132 of the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Act 2010.

The national director between 17th January to 23 Jaunary, 2019 failed to furnish full information, records and copies to the FCCC which were requested by way of Requisition for Information Notice.

The accused appeared before Magistrate Deepika Prakash and was granted bail on a sum of $1000.

The matter will now be called on March 12th for plea.
