A total of four different earthquake has rocked Fiji in the past 24 hour period at four different locations.
The first earthquake of a minor 2.0 magnitude with shallow depth source of 10km; location occurred 6 km NE from Batiki Island, Fiji was recorded at 12.33 AM yesterday.
Second, a moderate 5.9 earthquake with shallow depth source location occurred 203 km SE from Apia, Samoa at 09:41:10 PM local time.
Followed by a moderate 5.9 earthquake with deep depth source location occurred 165 km SW from Matokana village, Ono-i-Lau at 10:44:44 PM local time.
The most latest earthquake was a minor 3.2 earthquake with intermediate depth source location occurred 82 km NE from Nausori Town at 10:47:58 AM local time.
However, none of the earthquake posed any immediate tsunami threat to the Fiji region.
